Dr. Carroll is a wonderful dermatologist (I’ve known a few). I’ve seen her for over ten years! She is bright, kind, thorough, and responsive. Her staff is also excellent, and the office is new, clean, spacious, state of the art. I mostly see Dr. Carroll to follow and to treat sun damage from when I was a kid—before ultraviolet ray warnings and SPF. She does not push cosmetic procedures but she’s willing to talk. Even if it’s just talk. She’s incredibly decent. She has my commendation and my respect.

Had an appointment today at this clinic. I found the front-line staff to be professional and helpful. I was extremely impressed with the attending Dermatologist and attending Executive Assistant. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. I felt cared for from the moment I walked in. My appointment was at 1:35 and I believe I was seen around 1:50. A bit of a wait because they’re extremely busy but definitely worth the wait. Great place.

Just what I needed! Rapid access to medical specialist for very urgent, but non-emergency situations. I was initially referred urgently to a dermatologist and then as my symptoms progressed, referred here, and was able to be seen and started treatment the next morning. I subsequently got a call for an appointment from the initial referral to be seen a day later (by now I had already started treatment so no need to be seen by another dermatologist)! The staff were efficient and the consult was quick and accurate. I am very grateful for this service.

Very clean and modern clinic. I arrived early and they were able to see me right away. I saw Dr. Wasel who was extremely friendly and funny. I’ve been to other dermatologists in Toronto who were not that nice, so I really appreciated how nice he was. He also called in a female assistant so that she could be there while he checked the moles on my body. It was a fast visit, but certainly not rushed. Fantastic experience.

I’m genuinely surprised to read these reviews because my interactions with this clinic haven’t been nearly as negative. I’ve experienced eczema my entire life, and I’ve seen plenty of dermatologists. Dr. Hanna has been honest with me, provided me with choices for managing my disease, and has my eczema under control. He recently saw my son as well, and their front desk staff has always responded quickly to my emails and phone calls asking me to bump up my appointments.
