My whole family has been coming to downtown dental for the last 5 years. We always have great care at this dentist. My daughter was 5 when we started coming and she wasn’t scared at all even when having a few teeth removed. They sent a referral to a very good orthodontist when we need retainers and head gear.
I have extremely high anxiety and even a cleaning was hard for me to get through. But now I have no more anxiety about going to the dentist. Highly recommend it if you have children or anxiety. And want a good caring dentist.

I just got a filling done at West Broadway Dentist and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist! I hate having my teeth touched (I grind them so they’re very sensitive) and dread getting any dental work done, but Dr Reena and Sybille were so patient, kind and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable and at ease (Sybille especially was absolutely wonderful and very sweet!).
I’m also really appreciative of Dr Reena for offering me an alternative to regular anaesthesia. The adrenaline in the regular stuff has caused me to have panic attacks at other dentists, so she used an adrenaline-free alternative. It still numbed my mouth well enough that I felt zero pain during the filling process.

I was greeted warmly by every person I passed by in the office (I came through the back from the parking lot).
I was assisted quickly with documents I needed to complete and within 10 minutes, I was with a dental hygienist. Julie was my dental hygienist and she was very welcoming and professional.

Dr. Bhimji has set up a nice shop here with all the newest technology that will make your visit that much more pleasant and quick. Jordon the hygienist does excellent work, she is very detailed without nicking your gums that I have experienced in other dental shops.
Dr Bhimji is very skillful, I had 2 cracked teeth fixed that was completely painless. They also do Botox here if you are interested. I would definitely recommend this shop for your dental needs.

Emilia is the best hygienist I’ve ever met. She’s patient, kind and did a great job. No pain AT ALL and this time I didn’t even had to freeze my whole mouth.
