I’ve been to both locations, North York and Scarborough, and I’ve recommended the fantastic services to friends. I’ve had different laser treatments– for dark spots and scar (including keloids)– and I’m happy with it all. I went to a few different dermatologists and they said they couldn’t do anything, but when I went to NCBC, I noticed a 70% improvement after the first session. I book by email and they’re organized and can usually fit me in pretty soon.

Ok I have to leave a comment here. I’ve been a patient here for 3 years. I’ve been to at least 6 appointments and I have nothing but great things to say. Very organized, didn’t wait long at all compared to any other specialists I’ve seen.
They took care of me and my cancer within a 4 day period. Which is unheard of. Courtney is so nice and polite, always talks to me like a human. Not a number. Every clinic needs a Courtney if you ask me. Makes me feel like I’m getting the best care possible. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Carroll is a wonderful dermatologist (I’ve known a few). I’ve seen her for over ten years! She is bright, kind, thorough, and responsive. Her staff is also excellent, and the office is new, clean, spacious, state of the art. I mostly see Dr. Carroll to follow and to treat sun damage from when I was a kid—before ultraviolet ray warnings and SPF. She does not push cosmetic procedures but she’s willing to talk. Even if it’s just talk. She’s incredibly decent. She has my commendation and my respect.
