I waited roughly 20 minutes to speak with Dr Ramon – not sure about the other reviews, but he was very nice to me. He took his time explaining my situation and that there is new medicines coming from the USA that would be available for me next year.
Ladies at the front desk were also very friendly.

I visited TTM Spa today and Christina was so professional and knowledgeable! She made me feel at ease and explained everything to be really well (the procedure, post-procedure care etc… ). I spoke to many different clinics in the area and TTM responded to my inquiry right away and answered all my questions.
The clinic was clean and quiet. I met with Victoria as well and she was a delight! It definitely made me feel less nervous about the treatment. You can tell that TTM Spa really care about their clients and are not in the business of getting as many clients as possible and providing mediocre service. I am looking forward to my follow-up appointment in a few weeks!
