In my case Lamia Wassef, the doctor, was superb. I underwent a microneedling procedure to correct hyperpigmentation on my face, which made me feel self-conscious. I was emotional when I witnessed the effects after just two days. Never have I felt better. My fine wrinkles have vanished as well. Dr. Wassef was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive during my visit.
She allayed my extreme fear and had a terrific sense of humour. She also answered all of my concerns, even the ones I asked multiple times. I am so pleased with my results that I have already scheduled my second appointment less than a week later. I don’t usually write reviews, but in this situation, I’m so thrilled, I felt like I had to.

I had my first micro-needling appointment…
Last week, I had my first micro-needling appointment with Candice, and it was wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly as well.
She began by outlining the microneedeling process and what to anticipate while undergoing it (numbing, different sensations, post procedure mask etc). She reviewed my post-care instructions as well. I was prepared for what to expect because she had already gone over the same guidelines with me at my consultation session.
As soon as the treatment started, she told me what she was doing and periodically checked in with me to see how I was doing. I was at ease and felt less stressed as a result of this.
