This is a great clinic! Celeste is so kind and warm, she made me feel very much at ease when I booked my first consultation over the phone. She walked me through what to expect, pricing and any other questions that came up. Throughout my treatments, Iva has been efficient, gentle and kind, making sure to check in as we go to make sure I’m comfortable. Before settling on this clinic, I called six different clinics and went in for consultations at most to get a sense of my options. I have somehow lucked out in finding the most affordable clinic also has the best customer service. Beyond happy with my choice to go with Dr. Anna. The reason I am giving four stars instead of five is I have found that I needed to do my research about after treatment care which doesn’t bother me, but might be a deterrent for some.

I was very nervous about going into have my initial consult in regards to having a skin condition looked at. I had the assumption that places like MD Esthetics would be very intimidating and superficial. However, I was pleasantly surprised that my assumptions were wrong. The staff were very kind, Dr. Banks was very genuine and thoughtful and I felt supported throughout the whole consultation and appointment. It made me wonder why I waited so long to go!
If you have something that has really been bothering you for some time and want to invest in you, then I recommend getting an initial consult. Check their website for details. Initial consult does cost $100 however it is worth it to help you understand your options.
