Everyone seems to be on the lookout for a better dermatologist! I’ve had the wonderful fortune to receive care from three top-notch dermatologists over a number of decades. You’re welcome, Dr. Sloan. If there was anything else today, Dr. Susan Hall would never have asked if it was available. I would need a completely new referral and would then have to wait in line.
Everyone in the clinic was attempting to complain about how crowded it was, but because Dr. Sloan and his staff were cheerful and funny, things moved along extremely quickly. Either I had one of those days when everything went smoothly, or Dr. Sloan is a superb physician who, for me, was both time and money efficient. He provided all the details I requested

I had a really bad blister covering my whole cheek and blisters on my stomach, arms and back for 4 months with no healing. I had seen 5 different doctors before seeing Dr. Bertolo. Dr. Bertolo immediately knew what the problem was and did a biopsy and put me on prednisone which healed my skin. It turns out I have a rare autoimmune disorder that causes blistering of the skin.
She made me feel like I was her only patient and listened and answered all of my questions. She set me up with a specialist who deals with my disorder. I really wish she could be my GP. She’s not a board certified dermatologist but she sure knows her stuff. I would recommend her to anyone having a skin issue.
