Dr Swales is amazing, he addressed all of my issues with care and respect and never once made me feel rushed. I’ve been do many Doctors for many different things but Dr. Swales is by far the best doctor I have ever been treated by. I find it very hard to come by a doctor who really cares about their patients and I have a lot of anxiety seeing doctors in general from past experiences, but the visit with Dr Swales was nothing but a great experience, The receptionists and nurses were also very pleasant and made the overall appointment quick and painless! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

The patient felt that she had the best treatment available anywhere thanks to the superb, professional manner in which EVERY element of the initial consultation, operation, and follow-up were handled. She was pretty nervous about the operation, especially since it would be done on her face and under local anaesthesia, but she found Dr. Hamilton to be very comforting, knowledgeable, and effective.
