I booked a rapid assessment on a whim, based only on the positive reviews. All I wanted was for someone who knows their stuff to look at some odd (to me) skin related things. The appointment was on time, and Kristy took all my concerns seriously, and took the time to properly inspect them an inform me about what they were and (in my case) why I likely didn’t need to be concerned. I don’t know how well this place does for cases where they do see something more concerning, but as far as the rapid assessment goes, it was perfect.

So far so good! I had a great experience with nurse Cynthia. I was very nervous going into this but she made getting lip injection really pleasant. Whenever I feel the result aren’t as wanted she immediately sorts me out with a consultation appointment and fixes them up. Overall she’s very patient and reassuring and makes sure I’m satisfied with my lips.

I absolutely love this clinic! It is such a treat to come here. I’ve recently developed hormonal acne and with the aesthetician’s and Dr. Michon’s advice and care, it is slowly but surely healing. I get chemical peels with Stacey (she is so lovely!) and hydrafacials (with blue light therapy) with Suzanne (this treatment is so relaxing. You can tell Suzanne’s got experience). One thing that struck me the most is that every staff member I’ve encountered spoke to me in French — YASSS! This is very much appreciated (and an important bonus!). They are also all polite, patient and knowledgable. Lastly, the clinic is simply beautiful and always kept clean.

The staff at Concept Medical are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr.Hetz has superior surgical skills. I had a puncture biopsy done, and as soon as the results came back , I was in the office to have the abnormal cells expertly removed. This would have taken a few months had I been referred through my GP to a dermatologist. Instead, I asked for a consult to be sent to Dr.Hetz. I am always delighted with the treatment I receive there. I never feel any pressure to purchase products or treatments. It is a no-pressure medical skin care clinic.
