I live in Vancouver, but I go to Edmonton frequently for work. I needed to see a dentist during my last trip at the end of April.
I googled and chose Smiles Dental Group as the closest to my work and with longest working hours. They were able to accommodate me very promptly. The whole experience was excellent. Today I called them and asked to have the x-ray e-mailed to me.
Danielle was excellent, she was polite, professional and above all prompt with e-mailing me the x-ray records. Received the e-mail within five minutes I finished the call. I have never dealt with any medical clinic or any kind of service that provides excellent service and meet all their clients needs so promptly.
I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Great staff, very welcome and friendly. I was having severe pain from my wisdom teeth and I called yesterday to get in, they got an appointment for me the same day in the evening. They were quick an efficient and were very knowledgeable and gave me antibiotics and painkillers until I can get in to seeing the specialist to remove my wisdom teeth. I am always anxious when visiting a dental office, even when visiting my previous dentist for 40 years+. The Nebula staff and Dr. Amr always make me fell welcome and comfortable. All procedures are well explained, and the upscale machines and techniques make things so much more efficient. The prices may be somewhat higher, but so worth it. A crown in one visit! Who knew? Only needed one day off work instead of a temporary crown and a second visit. Very little pain afterward. All in all, a very happy customer.

I am so lucky to live so close to this amazing clinic. Every time I go in, I don’t have to wait long and every staff here is kind and welcoming. My dentist is honest and very knowledgeable. I had a minor but visible cosmetic issue that I wanted to fix but he actually pushed back and recommended I do not do anything with those teeth since it can do more harm than good.

I love the Receptionist and the Dentists here. They always keep their words, they accommodate when you need, they make you feel comfortable, and they are very patient with their clients. I having been having horrible teeth issues due to my medical and my medications and they have been so supportive and helpful with me. They reassured me that they would help within my budget or what to do until my insurance is back in the next year.
I lost my tooth due to another dental offices negligence and the dentist and receptionist made me feel better, gave me some options and know I can not afford anything right now that they told me to call whenever I have enough to get the work done, and they felt so bad for me because of my tooth loss they even got the price lowered a bit for me so hoping when I call in January I am able to get the work done at the price I was quoted.
