For more than ten years, I had a skin tag-like growth on my lower eyelid. I’ve phoned and visited a few clinics, and each of them refused to remove it because, in their opinion, it was too close to the eye. I saw Alexis, and she immediately took care of the issue! Given the sensitive area, there was a small swelling the following day, so I called the clinic to make sure everything was alright. The person who answered the phone, Ashley, immediately clarified with Alexis that this is typical and then immediately phoned me back.
She called me a few days later to check on me because they hadn’t heard from me and she wanted to make sure everything was okay. Given how well they serve their customers, I would not think twice about returning for any kind of treatment:)

The BEST staff in all of Ottawa. Been getting a few services from this place for 2 years now and the ladies make you feel just at home. Miriam, Sadaat and the front desk ladies are very welcoming.
My laser hair removal treatments have been rather painless. I love the banter and chats I have with the ladies <3, the best place in the city.
Do be aware of the parking situation. You will need to do research before coming, I advise you to park at Indigo right beside. You will need the app and it is roughly 5$ per 25mins. :/
