I remembered when I first came into this clinic and met Dr. Phoebe Wong in 2018 after I came back from my summer vacation and got tan spots all over my feet from wearing sandals outside without putting any sunscreen on. Fortunately, Dr. Wong, who is a great dermatologist and person, always goes out of the extraordinary and helped me get rid of all my tan spots after he prescribed me some whitening cream to apply on to.
I was very pleased with the result after and had learned so much from then on about skin care. I still have some damaged skin that I want to get rid of, so I will definitely come back in the future for that! Great service, staff and doctor! Clinic is very clean and everyone is very nice. Really enjoyed my time there and worth the money! Hopefully Richmond Laser Skin Care will continue to grow and do well because it’s the best place to go to for skin care treatment.

I visited Reviva because my skin was constantly breaking out and developing acne, making it impossible for my scars to heal. Salicylic acid and tea tree oil were only two of the many home cures I tested, but none was successful. In addition to employing medical skincare laser devices to treat my existing acne scars,
Dr. Ngai prescribed treatments that would stop me from getting new pimples. Thanks to the therapist Stacey, who was skilled and careful to ensure my comfort, the laser treatments were painless.
There was a clear difference a week after my initial treatment: my skin is smoother and brighter. My acne scars healed more quickly and are now less red because I stopped getting breakouts all the time.
