The hygienists are friendly, comforting and caring and will do what you are comfortable with. They are gentle and talk to you through every step of the way.
Dr. Richard was my dentist for my procedure (cavity). I am horrified at the feeling of the needle, it’s the main reason why I procrastinated. Dr. Richard did an amazing job, I did not feel a thing. He not only answered any of my questions, he explained it so I can understand.

I was looking for a new place to go as my other dentist was retiring. So my husband suggested for me to try the place that he goes. So being the big chicken that I am, decided to give it a try. It is the most amazing facility ever. When I went in the front desk girls were amazing and made me feel very comfortable.
They were warm, kind and funny too! The dentist I saw was absolutely amazing. She also was kind and very gentle, and made me feel very much at ease. Well, I will never go anywhere else. The owners are superb too!! My overall visit was just phenomenal. Would recommend Grimsby Dental Care, Dr. Daly & Associates to everyone!

My first visit to Dentistry at Waterview was an excellent experience. Prior to my appointment, I received forms from Jasmine; who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist Nadia was very warm and welcoming. I was also very impressed with the thoroughness of my exam by Dr. David. I have never experienced such an in depth exam by any dentist and he took his time and answered any questions I had.
The hygienist Stephanie is so thorough and knowledgeable that I have followed her through most of her career. Steph is also very gentle and her sweet pleasant personality makes the cleaning a much more pleasurable experience.

Dr. Joe is the only dentist I’ve ever gone to and I have no plans of changing that anytime in the future. He did crowns and veneers for all my front teeth about ten years ago and they looked great and didn’t cost a fortune and they’re still going strong almost a decade later.
I’ve had lots of drama with my teeth over the years thanks to my colourful lifestyle and with everything from sports guards, root canals, and cracked and damaged teeth, he’s helped me out. They’re a lot of sketchy dentists out there but this guy’s a real one, a true pro.
